This Privacy Policy explains how Atlantic House LLC (“Atlantic House,” “we,” “us” or “our”) collects, uses and protects personal information in connection with the website at atlantichouseco.com (the “Site”), including messages sent through the Site’s contact form or to our public email address. The Site is an informational website about our consulting services.

1. Who we are

The Site is operated by Atlantic House LLC, a limited liability company formed in the State of New Mexico, United States.Atlantic House LLC is responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide through the contact form

When you use the contact form, we collect:

  • your full name (required);
  • your email address (required);
  • your company name (optional);
  • a subject line (optional); and
  • the content of your message (required).

The message we receive also shows the date and time it was sent. The form includes simple anti-spam checks, such as a hidden field that people do not see and a measure of how quickly the form was completed. These checks are used only to filter automated submissions and are not kept.

Information you send by email

If you email us directly, we receive your email address, any information in your message and its attachments, and the technical information that normally accompanies an email (such as sending server details).

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, our hosting and security provider processes technical information needed to deliver the Site and protect it from abuse, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested, referring page, and the date and time of the request. We do not use this information to identify you or build a profile of you.

To prevent abuse of the contact form, we limit how many messages can be sent from the same connection in a short period. For this purpose we keep a temporary counter linked to a one-way hashed (scrambled) form of your IP address. The counter does not contain your IP address itself or any part of your message, and it is deleted automatically, normally within about two hours.

Cookies, analytics and tracking

The Site itself does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising, social-media pixels, or other tracking technologies. We do not use browser storage to track visitors.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, protects the Site against attacks and automated abuse. In limited circumstances, for example if a visitor is asked to complete a security check, Cloudflare may place a strictly necessary security cookie (such as cf_clearance) so that the visitor is not asked again on every page. Such cookies are used only for security and are not used for advertising or analytics.

Because we do not track visitors across sites, the Site does not change its behavior in response to “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signals; there is no tracking for those signals to switch off.

3. How we use information

We use personal information only to:

  • read, respond to and follow up on your inquiry;
  • discuss a potential engagement if you ask us to;
  • keep a record of our correspondence with you;
  • operate, secure and protect the Site and our systems, including filtering spam and abuse; and
  • comply with legal obligations and establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

We do not use contact-form submissions for marketing, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Legal bases. Where a law such as the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation applies to our processing, we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to inquiries, keeping business records and operating a secure website; on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract; and on complying with our legal obligations.

4. Service providers

We use a small number of service providers to operate the Site and handle messages:

  • Cloudflare — website hosting, content delivery, security, and the server function that processes contact-form submissions.
  • Resend — email delivery service that transmits contact-form messages to our inbox.
  • Hostinger — email hosting for our business mailbox, where messages sent to hello@atlantichouseco.com (including contact-form messages) are received and stored.

These providers process information in order to provide their services to us, under their own terms and privacy policies. We may also share information with professional advisers (such as attorneys or accountants) where necessary; with authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety or property; or with a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition or similar transaction, in which case this policy will continue to apply to the information transferred.

5. International processing

Atlantic House LLC is based in the United States. Our service providers operate internationally and may process information in the United States and in other countries where they or their sub-processors operate. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be processed in the United States and possibly in other countries, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. Our providers describe how they protect international transfers of personal information in their own terms and privacy policies.

6. Retention

We keep inquiries and related correspondence only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you, to follow up on any engagement that results, to maintain appropriate business records, and to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete it.

Our contact-form function does not keep its own copy of your message: it passes the message to our email delivery provider and does not store it in a database. Our providers may keep limited delivery and security logs for periods set by their own policies.

7. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information, including serving the Site only over encrypted HTTPS connections, keeping service credentials out of public code, limiting the rate of contact-form submissions, and limiting access to our mailbox. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee the security of information sent to us. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through the contact form or by email.

8. Your choices and rights

You can choose not to use the contact form and email us instead, or not to contact us at all. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for access to the personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, to object to or restrict certain processing, to receive a copy of it in a portable format, and to withdraw any consent you have given. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To make a request, email hello@atlantichouseco.com. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. We will respond within the time required by the law that applies to you, and we will not treat you differently for making a request. Even where no law requires it, we will consider reasonable requests to delete your inquiry.

9. Children’s privacy

The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or a higher age where local law requires). If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Third-party links

The Site may link to websites operated by others. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to review their policies.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example if we change how the Site works or which providers we use. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
